How Does It Work?

So, you have scheduled your home inspection.  Now what?

After scheduling a home inspection, you will be asked to review and e-sign an electronic inspection agreement.  At the scheduled time, the inspector will arrive at the home for an in-depth visual examination of the structure, and operating components of the home as covered by the South Carolina Home Inspection Standards of Practice.  We encourage you, the home buyer, to attend our inspections in order to gain a better understanding of the home and its operating systems.  After completion of the inspection, the inspector will give you a brief verbal summary on site, making sure to highlight any major issues/defects within the home.  Following your inspection you will receive an email linking you to your digital inspection report.  All reports will be delivered within 24 hours of your inspection, unless informed otherwise.
